The tank and fittings used in this product are manufactured by Class A Customs using NSF Certified Materials. The Medium Density Polyethylene (MDPE) Resin used is approved under the NSF/ANSI Std 61 standard set by NSF International, a renowned organization for public health and safety.

This water tank features a SEAMLESS One-piece construction, ensuring there are no seams that could potentially burst. The tank is in a Creamy White color, allowing you to clearly see the waterline through the tank.

This is an OEM PART, sold without a retail box or installation instructions. It is crucial to have a certified technician install all the parts to prevent product damage and personal injury.

PREPARATION:

Before use, it is recommended to clean each tank thoroughly to remove any debris, scuffs, or markings from the manufacturing process. This will ensure the tank is ready for use.

TANK VENTING:

It is essential to ensure the tank is VENTED, allowing air to flow in and out during use. DO NOT PRESSURIZE THE TANK, as this can lead to damage. Avoid making a sealed connection directly from a garden hose to the tank, as this is a pressurized connection and can cause the tank to explode.

MOUNTING & BRACING:

Place the tank on a level surface and brace it to prevent it from moving during transit. DO NOT hang the tank by straps or place any weight on it.

If you are a food vendor, it is crucial to verify all requirements with the health department where the inspection will be made before purchasing this product.

TANK MEASUREMENTS:

The tank measures 27.5" in its longest length (not including fittings), 15.25" in width, and 22.5" in height. The average thickness is 7/32" +/-. Due to the manufacturing process, there may be a variance of up to +/- 0.25" on each measurement.

TANK BUILT-IN FITTINGS:

The tank features (THREE) 1.5" Female NPT Fittings, which are sealed and watertight. To use these fittings, simply remove the membrane with a razor knife. Additionally, there are (TWO) 0.5" Female NPT Fittings that are open. Avoid over-tightening the fittings, as this can cause damage. Use plastic connecting fittings, as metal fittings can damage the threads.
